Aroma Flow Vinyasa ALL LEVELS

Regular Vinyasa practice integrating at least 1 therapeutic grade essential to enhance your practice. We will feature a different essential oil each week. This practice will focus on breath and creative transitions from pose to pose. Focus is on balance, power, fluidity, flexibility and alignment. The combination of essential oils and asana frees the body of impurities and tension, leaving practitioners feeling clear, clean and energized. Like Yoga, Essential Oils are thousands of years old and have been tied with Yoga in ancient India.  Early yogis prized these oils "Attars" for their ability to calm the mind and enhance meditation.  When paired with your yoga session, Pure Essential Oils can enhance and deepen your practice.  Applications of essential oils are transmitted on a molecular level directly to the part of your brain that controls emotional response and memory.  Essential Oils also help the practitioner with balance, energy, and deep relaxation. ~75 Min


Restorative Yoga (ALL levels)

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from both body and mind. Classes begin with breath work and gentle asanas to warm up the body and increase flexibility, before moving into deeply relaxing restorative poses, which are held for several minutes. We use props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support restorative postures, because only when students feel truly supported can they fully surrender into relaxation. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. ~75Min.



Community Meditation (All Levels): Have you wanted to try meditation but aren’t sure where to start or what to do? Come meet weekly on Sundays at SunMoon with Oneika Mays (E-RYT, LMT) to chat, ask questions, breath and then sit for a brief meditation. Meditation has been proven to have benefits on the brain and assists in reducing stress, lowering blood pressure and promoting a greater sense of well-being. So sit still and watch the spirit rise. Set yourself up for a peaceful week. It’s FREE and all are welcome.

Often referred to as "meditation in motion", this open level power vinyasa class cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. Whether you are a beginner yogi or an elite athlete, come and experience the life changing, body transforming, calorie burning and mind calming effects of a regular power vinyasa practice. ~ 75Min.
