Restorative Yoga (ALL levels)

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from both body and mind. Classes begin with breath work and gentle asanas to warm up the body and increase flexibility, before moving into deeply relaxing restorative poses, which are held for several minutes. We use props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support restorative postures, because only when students feel truly supported can they fully surrender into relaxation. Class ends with a 20-minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation which is both deeply relaxing and energizing. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. ~90Min.


Hot Vinyasa Hour (Some experience suggested) (Heated) Hot Power Hour Vinyasa takes the traditional vinyasa series and incorporates a dynamic, more rapid flow that detoxifies, heals and rejuvenates the body. Often referred to as "meditation in motion", this open level power vinyasa class cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. Guaranteed to make you sweat before you start your day! ~ 60Min


Structural Flow ALL LEVELS (moderately heated)

Classes begin with Sun Salutations and move through strong standing poses, seated poses and restorative poses. Using yoga props and Instruction, students are encouraged to become mindfully aligned in poses accessible for every body and every level. Appropriate for all levels and abilities. ~75 Min


Modertely Heated Vinyasa (Some experience suggested) High-energy vinyasa class in the Jared McCann style: a creative blend of classical and modern yoga philosophies, with inspiration drawn from Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Dharma, and Forrest Yoga. Elements of these five styles are uniquely fused together to create a new and transformative style of Yoga that is challenging, healing, and fun. The specific sequence of postures maximizes consciousness along the spinal column to enhance awareness of the nervous system. The body becomes strong, organs become healthy, the mind becomes calm and steady, and the emotional systems come into balance, and with that a sense of peace and joy begin to take permanent root. ~75 Min
