Yin Yoga and Meditation(Not Heated)Yin Yoga and Meditation brings much needed balance to our very active lives and active asana practice.  Yin invites us to hold our postures for several minutes at a time in order to begin to release tension in the connective tissues or fascia that surrounds the muscles and joints. We use our breath to quiet the mind and begin to let go of both physical and mental tension. While there is some movement to get the body prepared Yin poses are experienced primarily in seated, prone or supine positions and held sometimes for as long as 5-6 minutes, allowing us to get grounded and to begin to slow down the body’s rhythm in order to experience profound energetic and deep tissue release as well as deep relaxation and inner peace. ~ 75Min.


Hot Vinyasa Hour (Some experience suggested) (Heated) Hot Power Hour Vinyasa takes the traditional vinyasa series and incorporates a dynamic, more rapid flow that detoxifies, heals and rejuvenates the body. Often referred to as "meditation in motion", this open level power vinyasa class cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. Guaranteed to make you sweat before you start your day! ~ 60Min


Structural Flow ALL LEVELS (moderately heated)

Classes begin with Sun Salutations and move through strong standing poses, seated poses and restorative poses. Using yoga props and Instruction, students are encouraged to become mindfully aligned in poses accessible for every body and every level. Appropriate for all levels and abilities. ~75 Min


Foundations OPEN LEVEL (not heated)

This class is great for beginners and individuals who want to brush up on basics.

Asanas such as standing poses, forward folds, twists and back-bending will be broken down in a detailed comprehensive way, using props and the wall. 

In addition to surya namaskar, breathing techniques and meditation will be introduced. ~75 Min
